No answer to emails

Update from below: They did email me back, the next day, within 10 minutes AFTER processing my order! Just to say they couldn't stop the order amd to tell me to refuse the delivery or follow the returns process if unable to refuse the delivery, wonder how that wil go! I placed an 0rder and tried to email to ask questions and received one answer to say they will respond as soon as possible, and then no answer at all on repeated emails. I have then tried to cancel my order (as states on their website to email them). I have also tried to call the number listed on the website and the number is not even listed! Feeling like I've been scammed to be honest.
