This is undoubtedly the most disappointing transport service I've encountered, bringing nothing but shame. It would be more fitting to call it Air-delay. The pilots are skilled, but the organization is far from acceptable. Delays and negligence seem to be fundamental to this service. When will it be free from this incompetence and mismanagement?
This has been the most terrible transport experience I've ever had. The service brings nothing but disgrace. Delays are a constant issue, and the overall organization is lacking. It's hard to see how this company can overcome its corruption and incompetence.
If you fly to Europe and encounter a long delay, be aware that compensation is unlikely. I had my afternoon flight canceled and was rebooked to an earlier one, which caused numerous issues. If you're considering a trip, choose your airline wisely.
