If I could give this company a negative review I would! I placed my order to send to my daughter who is actually 20 miles working at a school. The package ends up, going to a completely different state with the same address. There is some sort of self correcting on the address! It sent it to the same address and wrong state! They were no help and really didn’t care that. My daughter’s pictures are in stranger hands and I am out over $100! Worst customer service ever and I plan to tell everybody!
It was great! My husband loved the hearts shooting out at him and the cake was sooo good! Everything was packaged so well that the box could have been thrown around and the cake and everything wasn’t going to go anywhere! Thank you for making my present for Valentine’s Day top notch 💜
Perfect experience for my granddaughters. They were amazed with the butterflies and also the spinning and singing cake. And thought it was delicious. Highly recommend and will definitely order again. Shipping was fast and it arrived a day early.
I ordered the frozen themed birthday cake for my daughter's 4th birthday. It arrived on time and the presentation was great. The cake was cute which is why it gets 2 stars. To eat the cake was impossible, I cant even describe the flavor but it was far from pleasant but it is definitely not something I want to eat again, both my daughters would not eat it and did not like the way it tasted. I regret spending money on this and wish I would have just gone to Walmart instead because at least then it would have been edible. Great presentation, poor execution on the actual cake.
I sent this as a gift but did not get to see it in person. My son-in-love, daughter & their boys enjoyed the experience. The bubbles were fun but not scary. They bubbled several times. Very fun!
Got my son the HP mail spitter. It was awesome and very funny. I cracked up. He didn't initially but I think he likes it now. He doesn't live at home right now so it makes him think of home.
It was a surprise for my boyfriend and mother in law, both were very surprised by it. Both loved the bubble bottle with mini donuts. My mother in law couldn't saying how beautiful it is. The strawberry cake was very delicious too. All by all, a very good experience.
My husband's cousin loved her cake , butterflies etc.
They did deliver it to the wrong door but she got it. She said the complex is very large but residents know each other and they we kind enough to deliver the cake to her.
