Superior Service!!

Superior Service!! Their is a Super Typhoon in the Philippines. Absolutely amazing Service My fiancee flowers and fruit basket was still delivered during this time. I wasn't expecting delivery until this was over. Superior service!!

Late delivery, but good product

Flowers arrived 2 days late. Sent multiple inquiries. Got 1 reply that they were looking into it. When the package arrived the driver said I gave the wrong address. Like I don’t know my own address? Really? I looked up my order on their checkout..and the address was correct. My wife showed me the address label the store put on the delivery box, and it was wrong! They copied it wrong, I can’t believe they tried to blame the late delivery on me! 😡 The good I have to say is: the flowers were nice and fresh. It was a good value. It did eventually get delivered.

Didn't deliver on time

Didn't deliver on time, send them mail from that website and haven't gotten any respond. But I contacted paypal today to get refunded from that and got it straight away so thats only positive thing its paypal. Not this site. Terrible customer service.

My experience fell short

My experience fell short! I asked that the flowers be delivered by 10 AM, they arrived at 9 PM. I purchased an arrangement that to have a dozen roses and there was only eleven. A disappointing experience.
