Birthday flowers never delivered and no status response

Paid for a birthday flower delivery on May 28th 2025 for a delivery date of June 7th Phillippine before 10.00am time . Flowers were never delivered and no one answers the customer service tel # in U.S., left voice mails and submitted 3 online inquiries for status update - only to be repeatedly told that it was " under investigation"! as of today June 9th flowers have not been delivered. asked for refund but no response to that. Highly unreliable, unresponsive and likely a scam service!

Where to start

Where to start? Flowers were not delivered on promise date; in fact, the flowers have never been delivered. I ordered Mother Day's flowers a week before Mother's Day. They still have not delivered and no call about a delay. Tried to get a hold of customer service and nothing. I tried to leave feedback, and it says I already left feedback. So, looks like I'm out 109 dollars. Would not recommend.

Delayed and heat affected roses delivered

My ordered Mothers' Day flowers were ordered early on 5 May 2025 to be delivered before 10am on 11 May 2025. Similar to other reviewers, embarrassingly my ordered flowers weren't delivered until approximately 8:35pm on a motorcycle unprotected from the Philippines' heat. Consequently, the pink roses had brown petal tips and were very disappointing!After sale service, to acknowledge this poor service, was also lacking!

the flower was not delivered on chosen…

the flower was not delivered on chosen time. Should be before 10am but the receiver was contacted by the delivery person at 4pm when she's already gone for a vacation for 2 days. No one is in the house anymore. The flower was not delivered.

You have never gotten my order on time…

You have never gotten my order on time in the last 3 years. I ordered flowers and candy to be delivered on the 8th before 10 AM. I specifically said in the comment section, please do not mess this up. AND YOU MESSED IT UP, YOU DELIVERED ON THE 9TH!!!! I WANT TO SCREAM, YOU SCREWED UP EVERY ORDER FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS.
