You can improve by communicating you can improve by being smart enough not to shit flowers in a box 3 or four days before there to arrive and have them in water when they arrive and use a local florist and stop cutting corners totally disgusted and so is the hotel staff I showed them the box of crap that you sent me the smell was putrid. It had been sitting somewhere in a box for many days beyond a joke.
I was worried about the flowers going to a small province town in the Philippines. They came from Manila which is 4 hours away. However, I was put to ease when delivery was on time and the arrangement, chocolates, and card, were received exactly as I had ordered. Beautiful arrangement!
Dodgy company. Paid $150 Aud to have guaranteed to delivery on a particular date to my partner in the Philippines. Flowers were running 4 days behind!!!!!She had already left the country and was back in Australia. Also, the flowers never came. So they stole my money. Beware!!!
