Review Time
No answer to my inquiry, no mail confirmation, simply nothing! Too bad for this lousy support! I have already sent an e-mail which was not even answered, all I got was this link with the evaluation request. So what is this all about? I was satisfied every time for several years, but now? This is not possible, I will never do it again!hing.
I ordered flowers and "12 Beautiful Roses with 1/2 Kg Fruit Cake" on 2/11/25 to be delivered on 2/14/25 . Not only this was not delivered on the 14th ( but a day later) but its ok they were busy maybe. But the flowers are old and the there was no fruit cake , there were few pieces of destroyed brownies . I will be sending pictures to the customer service . I am totally upset and disappointed as before i had always great experience .
I will use you guys again very soon. I love how you guys got my flowers there within a reasonable time even though it was a holiday. I will recommend you to anybody that is sending flowers there. Thank you so much. You have put a smile on my face in my future wife’s face again thank you so much.
