The fact that the procedures are carried out by specialized doctors, the personalized treatments, the company’s 39 years of experience and its distinctions, as well as what I saw with my own eyes in the results of people around me, eliminated any possible doubt I had.
From my very first interaction with their team, I realized I was in good hands. They explained the process step by step, we set the final goal for the result together, and they answered every possible question I had. The doctor who performed the transplant was by my side for any concern I had, which truly gives you a sense of security.
As for the transplant procedure? No discomfort, no pain, an atmosphere of complete trust, and most importantly: I was able to immediately return to my daily routine without any restrictions.
When leaving Seneca, they once again explained all the next steps in great detail, and the first results are already visible. At this point, the only thing I regret is not having done it sooner.

I first met Charles at Seneca’s Glasgow clinic back in 2021. At the time, I chose to go to Turkey purely on price. There was more bleeding and scabbing, it took much longer, and I lost a lot of grafts during the recovery, I could literally see them coming out. With Seneca, the difference was immediate. By around day 10 everything had healed very cleanly, with minimal scabbing, and I haven’t seen a single graft dislodge or come out.OverallFrom my initial meeting with Charles in Glasgow through to the procedure with Dr Eleanna Vourga and the wider team, Seneca has been brilliant. I did extensive research, visited several clinics in Vienna and Hungary, and also received offers from several well-known clinics in Istanbul. I also received an offer from SENECA Clinic in Athens, about which I had only heard and read positive things.For several reasons, I decided to choose SENECA Clinic. What I particularly appreciated was that the entire procedure is performed by a doctor. The preliminary consultations—both in person and via WhatsApp—with my coordinator Chrysa also convinced me. She was consistently very professional and informative.The atmosphere alone, starting from the entrance and the reception area at SENECA, impressed me and gave me a warm and reassuring feeling. I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Seneca Medical Group in Athens and I highly recommend it without any hesitation.Since I live abroad, all the initial communication was done by phone. From the very beginning, the service was excellent. They answered every question I had and provided all the information I needed in order to confidently choose this clinic. Before my appointment, which took place on January 7th, I received clear and detailed instructions on how to prepare for the hair transplant.On the day of the procedure, the entire process lasted around 8 hours. The doctor and the nurses were constantly by my side, very professional and supportive. The clinic was spotlessly clean, well-organized, and extremely well maintained. I was given thorough explanations for every step of the procedure, and all my questions were answered, which made me feel completely at ease.In terms of pain, it was practically nonexistent. There were only a few brief moments of mild discomfort during the local anesthesia, and even that was lighter than a typical visit to the dentist. The doctor did an excellent job, clearly focusing on achieving the most natural-looking result possible.Post-operatively, I felt a slight discomfort only during the first night, which went away immediately with a simple painkiller. Sleeping during the first 3–4 days can be a bit uncomfortable due to the specific position required, but it is manageable and passes quickly. The washing process followed exactly the instructions I was given, and everything went smoothly, with nothing unpleasant or difficult.I also really appreciated the fact that there was no pressure to purchase specific post-op products from the clinic. I personally chose to buy them, they were reasonably priced, and even now the team continues to be available and responsive to any questions I may have.I had many doubts about whether I should do the procedure abroad or in Greece, and which clinic to choose. In the end, Seneca Hair Clinic proved to be an excellent decision. I will come back with an updated review in the coming months once the results have fully developed, but so far, they are truly among the best.

Charles was very helpful and provided me with a free consultation regarding my hair line in their clinic in Finnieston, Glasgow. In the heart of the west end, a very modern clinic with high end technology. We agreed a treatment plan at a price I could afford over 2 years at 0% APR.I felt comfortable at the clinic and they have all the nice touches like some free healthy juices and some snacks while you wait. I didn’t wait long though as Charles was there straight away to deal with me. Very state of the art clinic with technology you can rely on. I had my hair transplant 3 weeks ago, so my review is only based on my experience with the clinic and the weeks after.My experience with Seneca MC in Athens has been fantastic from the very beginning. The communication and booking process were great, and I never felt they were trying to push me into booking, as most of the other clinics I spoke to whilst doing my research did. Also, Seneca seemed very genuine and honest which I don’t feel is a given based on my conversations with other clinics. Another thing I really appreciate is that I could choose my own doctor. My procedure was split over two days. I was a bit nervous on the first day, especially after hearing some horrible stories about experiences at other clinics (mostly in Turkey), but the professionalism from the doctor and the team made me feel very safe.The procedure itself went great. I didn’t have any major pain, (the local anaesthetics were honestly the worst part) and on the second day I even dozed off during the procedure. The day after my surgery I went in for a checkup and bandage change, and then I flew back home to Copenhagen in the evening. Up until now, everything in the healing process has gone exactly as expected. I was given a clear plan and day-by-day instructions. The clinic reached out a week after the surgery to check on how I was healing which I didn’t expect them to do. That’s just another positive thing to add to the whole experience. I also have three follow-up appointments over the next year.Right now, I’m still a tiny bit sore in both the donor area and recipient area, but it all looks so good and you wouldn’t be able to tell I had a hair transplant unless you knew. I have been in the shock-loss phase for the past week now, but only a small amount of hair has fallen out so far. Huge thank you to Chrysa, Dr. Elza, and the whole team. They took such good care of me, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. I’m very thankful for that. Of course, the final result isn’t visible yet, but so far the experience has been great, and based on this I can 100% recommend the Seneca Medical Clinic in Athens.I’ll be back with a review of the final results.
