Not had the best experience with the company formally known as DHI. In the beginning the communication was great from Charles as it should have been since I was paying £7000 pounds. Had my transplant which I believe went well they planted 8 thousands hairs apparently and said we will see you back here in 12 months with a full dense head of hair. A year later it looked more like 3 thousands and hairs and very sparse and patchy all over. They promise a make up the percentage if falls below 90% and it was a bit of fight to get the that done. They were reluctant and offered a very small amount of growth replacements. It's been almost 2 years since my second transplant and I am still sparse and patchy. I wish they were as helpful with issues on shampoo and scalp treatments as they were when they were taking my 7k. Feel very let down by this company and wish I would have spent this 7k elsewhere.
I chose Seneca because I had previously seen the results of known friends.. When I contacted Seneca, the professionalism of the medical staff and the very clean facilities won me over from the first moment! Everything went very well regarding the intervention procedures! My experience was wonderful with no pain and nice environment. I did it for the first time today and you can see my progress through the seneca company website and social media in Greek.
Let’s start from the amazing doctor who was super kind,super patient and in a single word simply lovely!.The staff is amazing and will treat you the nicest way ever and very patiently which definitely made me feel confident to have the hair transplant process there. The clinic is spotless and very clean and even the lunch was in high quality and tasty. They have special method where the healing from the operation is basically painless.
Everything went well initially, first red flag was changing my treatment date late on then wanting full payment first thing before procedure even though I was told I could pay in instalments in the consultations leading up to the day. Procedure seemed to go well, although you have no idea how many hair follicles removed/ replaced. 2 years have passed and although the post consultation stated everything was well, the crown area that I asked for to be targeted is very sparse and disappointed with the final outcome. I believe it could’ve been better with more focus but looking back it probably felt it was all rushed. Last consultation was on 11/06/24I would therefore not recommend Seneca especially after seeing others that have gone elsewhere for similar treatment.
A disaster. Hair transplant in June 2024. Half of the operation was performed by an incompetent intern (left side of the skull): approximately 1 graft in 10 grew in the area, even though I followed all the protocol. After telling me for 6 months that everything was "normal," the clinic offered me an "additional" operation, and I never set foot there again.
From the consultation to the pre-op to that day. All the staff were great. Everything was explained well and I felt prepared for what to expect on the day. I was a little nervous about sitting still for so long but the time passed quickly and I even fell asleep for a chunk of the procedure. The Doctor who carried it out seemed pleased with how things went and from what I can tell so far so am I. I’m looking forward to seeing the results now over the coming months.
