This company engages in very deceptive business practices. They fail to inform customers that products cannot be returned, even if they are unused or unopened. They have you sign a consent on an iPad for a free trial treatment, but then use that signature to enforce any agreement they wish. They submitted a document to my credit card company claiming I agreed to a no-return policy, but I am someone who reads everything, and I DID NOT SIGN that. How many complaints about this company being a scam must arise before authorities take action?

I am not sure who manages this establishment, but they should be aware that a staff member outside was disrespectful and made inappropriate gestures towards my young daughter. I don't understand the behavior and would advise against visiting this place.
This establishment manipulated my mother out of a significant amount of money. At one point, they physically restrained her when she tried to leave. She is 79 years old, and this was clearly intimidation. They distracted her during payment, and when she checked the receipt later, she realized she had been charged excessively. When she returned to seek a refund, they told her she had to return the items in her home country. The provided contact number was unresponsive. This has caused her significant distress.
