The masterclass was really helpful, there is so much information out there and I've often found myself lost looking for ways I can best support my son. I found that Laura delivered an informative session in an empathic and helpful way - making me feel less alone. It was also great to have some new strategies and approaches to take away and try. I loved doing the '5 Days to Change' programme with Laura! I knew it would be brilliant as I'd already attended one of her courses at my son's school, and the whole experience was so validating. Just hearing from someone who understands goes such a long way, but the practical tools helped so much too. Laura is super down to earth and honest, she doesn't preach because she's been in our shoes, and I just loved that. I'd recommend it to anyone, especially those with younger/newly diagnosed neurodivergent kids.
