Review Time
I did the 5 Days to Change course and I really loved how easy it was to work through. I liked how it was just a little bit each day, but that I could go back and look at all the previous days whenever I wanted. I've revisited it loads of times to remind myself. It really has made a difference - especially Day Two! That's been so helpful in changing the way I approach my daughter's meltdowns. Thank you A*!!
So easy to follow and timed very well. I love that every day we had a different video but they were never more than 15min long (which is ideal when you are an overstretched SEND parent!) and that you could refer back to the previous day if you needed to. It has given us some new ideas on how to support our daughter and for that I will always be grateful!
