Initially the service was fine. However a few weeks after my repair, my cover screen stopped working. I brought my phone to another unbreakifix location where they informed me that there is a bracket holding down the flex cable for this phone and he suspects they forgot to install they for me. When I called the location for my original repair, they said that there is no bracket for the flex cable and that there was nothing they could do for me.

Had no difficulties with choosing and scheduling an appointment with the nearest location, and the experience with the technician was super great as well!! They called to confirm the appointment and once there, easy to check in my device, the technician let me know the estimated time and pickup went smoothly as well!
