This pillow is the best pillow that I’ve ever had. I have gone through so many pillows just trying to be comfortable and I have slept on this pillow for five nights now it is the best cooling marshmallow pillow and it feels like a marshmallow. I love it. Go get one.
I can’t seem to find any reviews similar to what I experienced. I ordered from mellowsleep.usa which is supposed to be the same as mellow sleep but targeted to America. I waited for this pillow for MONTHS and when it finally came in i almost cried. I spent $60 on this pillow just for it to be barely bigger than my cat. It looks nothing like the pictures AND it has the same filling as airplane neck pillows. I’m so disappointed
I love this pillow, I currently have four retired expensive pillows because they would only work for me for a short time. All of them are too high. This mellow pillow is perfect in every way. I was skeptical but I'm so glad I ordered it. No problems with shipping as others have stated. It still has a bit of a smell but it's not really noticeable, that's okay if my neck doesn't hurt in the morning, I love it.
Not a transparent nor honest company. They changed the formula and significantly decreased the density and weight of these pillows. My first ordered November 1, 2025 (Order # 36259) and they were amazing. But when I ordered the second time on December 29, 2025 (Order # 195317) the pillow arrived on January 7, 2026 and I noticed the significant density change making my sleep uncomfortable. So when I adjusted with them, they’ve been giving me the runaround by asking me for not only pictures of the shipping box, but even the label on the shipping box after I removed it for recycling. So now I’m wondering if this company is in China because no one else make such a tedious request when they know that they change the formula to the pillow without telling their customers.
I do not appreciate being treated like this, and paying all this money for these pillows when they are not being transparent and honest about their products that they sell and giving me a hassle over it when I called it out and asked for them to send me the same high density pillows as before.

The site clearly states the marshmallow comforter is machine washable. I washed mine and it ripped in the washer. Horrible customer service. These people do not stand by their own product. Also I ordered the sheet set and paid for it but never received it.
I love the comforter I have, it’s wonderfully soft and comfortable. My complaint is that the website indicates it is washer and dryer safe, therefore I washed my comforter at home. When I was transferring it to the dryer I noticed 2 little rips and this was the very first wash. I contacted them and requested a refund but their response (after taking about all of February to “research the issue”) was that I should have used a commercial washer. This is NOT what they advertise. So while I give the comforter itself 5 stars, the company as a whole is not which is why I’m rating them with 2 stars.
I used to wake up switching pillows to get comfortable but the past three nights with this wonderful pillow has made a big difference. No waking up and trying to get comfortable… the comfort starts when I lay my head on my new favorite pillow.
The pillow is a bit too soft for me, also very cold, so I attempted to put a regular pillow case on it, but it just slid around all night. Also, putting a white pillowcase on a white pillow is not so great, as white gets dirty fast.

I ordered king-size pillows and was prompted at checkout to “add pillowcases for just $X.” There was no option to select size or make changes, so any reasonable person would assume the pillowcases would match the pillows. Instead, I was sent standard-size cases. Customer service later admitted this was purchased as a bundle but refused to honor it or correct the pricing.
Separately, I did not receive the “high” Cloud Pillow that was marked as delivered. I had to contact customer service multiple times before it was finally shipped.
As for quality, the pillows are soft and bouncy but far too thin to be functional. They would need to be at least twice as thick to provide real support.
Given the price point, I expected much better customer service and product quality. Definitely not worth the price. If you’re spending this much, you’re better off with established premium brands like Pluto or Tempur-Pedic.
Customer service is above and beyond!! And their products match. I got the fluffy duvet and it is a marshmallow dream... also the hotel pillows - *chef's kiss* I noticed a change in my quality of sleeping immediately.
