You are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Not only did you cancel my cards that I paid $10 each for, but you also offered me replacement cards that are invalid. They don’t work anywhere, not on Shopee, and even with PayPal, they take forever to reload.
This feels like a scam. I added funds via crypto, but the money was never credited to my Jeton Card account. When I contacted customer support, they were rude, unprofessional, and then closed the chat without resolving the issue. No proper explanation, no refund, no help. This is extremely concerning for a financial service. Be very careful before using Jeton Card I would not trust them with your money.
I have been unable to locate a withdrawal of around 800 euros for several months, and the receiving bank has confirmed that they have not received any funds from my account. I have reached out to the service about this issue at least ten times, but have received no assistance whatsoever. This has been the most frustrating experience I've had with a financial institution. I seriously doubt I will ever recover my money.
I faced numerous challenges while trying to cancel my account. Online cancellation isn't an option; I had to email them instead. My email address included a tag for spam filtering, which they claimed made it invalid, so they wouldn't process my request. I eventually logged in and cancelled through chat, but then received an email asking for my reasons for cancellation before they would delete my account. This situation began back in June/July 2024, and every interaction since has led to my frustration with the service. Here’s a chronological overview: 🗓️ JUNE / JULY 2024 – INITIAL REQUEST I requested a physical Visa card when it was advertised as free, with no fees or hidden costs. I expected delivery as any customer would. I waited patiently for weeks, but nothing arrived. 🗓️ AFTER A MONTH – FIRST SUPPORT CONTACT After a long wait, I reached out to support. That’s when I was informed that the policy had changed and a $100 issuance fee was now required. This was not the agreement I had when I made the request. Instead of honoring my initial request, support told me to cancel my original request and ask for a new one. I followed their guidance and canceled it. 🟥 MONTHS LATER – THE IRONY After canceling, a physical card finally arrived, personalized and delivered by DHL. However, since I was forced to cancel the original request, the card was inactive and unusable. I contacted support again, but received the same scripted response regarding the new fee, ignoring the context of my situation. 🟧 ATTEMPT ON TRUSTPILOT I escalated the issue on Trustpilot, but again, I received a generic response about the terms changing. I question how a company managing finances can justify changing terms after a request has been made and still expect payment from the customer. Trust is essential in this industry, and my trust has been compromised. WHAT I SEEK I am not asking for anything unreasonable.
I simply request that the physical card delivered to me be activated, as it was requested under the original terms. If the card had arrived within a reasonable timeframe, I would have had access without any issues. I have shared this story more times than I should have, and I hope for a genuine response this time. I await a thoughtful and responsible reply.
On October 14, 2025, I transferred money to my account, only for it to be returned. I possess ample evidence, including receipts and communications acknowledging your fault. It's frustrating that you deny responsibility now. Where is my money after two months? This situation is unacceptable. I have a child to support with these funds. Your responses have been infuriating, and despite assurances that everything is resolved, my money remains unaccounted for. Your support team stated that my case is in the final stages, but I’m still waiting for resolution.
