Review Time
This was one of the most disappointing rental experiences I have encountered. The property had significant problems from the moment we arrived. One room was completely unusable due to an ant infestation. Several toilets were non-functional, and at one point, individuals from the neighboring property actually entered the house, which felt both unbelievable and unsafe. To make matters worse, we also experienced a power outage. I have attempted to contact the support team multiple times regarding these issues but have yet to receive any response or refund. Overall, the service did not address these concerns adequately, and I left feeling extremely dissatisfied. At this point, I would not consider booking with them again and strongly advise future guests to think twice.
