I moved to SG from a large accountancy firm where I felt like a number and didn’t receive the tax planning advice I needed. After some initial teething problems, I requested some changes to my service and SG were very accommodating and even replaced my account controller with a new staff member. Since then Kerry who now handles my file has been nothing but exemplary. She is always attentive and available to provide clear and informed advice. Her friendly telephone manner and willingness to answer any question however basic or complex is an asset to SG. Huge thanks to Kerry for navigating me and my limited company through what felt like a challenging situation. I feel like I am in safe hands.
I have been a customer of SG for over 8 years. I initially asked them to setup my company, manage the incorporation, register for VAT etc and all of that was done efficiently and included getting a Business bank account in place. Since then I have used SG for my accounting needs related to my company (payroll, VAT submissions, annual returns etc) and the contracting service also includes my personal return being calculated and submitted. I have always found the staff to be very professional and have always come back to me with detailed answers on any queries that I had through the years. Highly recommended.

My accounting manager Alex Gould and the SG team are very good at explaining the accounting fundamentals. They took care of setting up everything from the beginning. I always get my queries answered on time with a quick turn-around time. They manage very well and do finish VATs/Self-Assessments/Corp-Tax etc activities on time. They monitor monthly-spreadsheets and make corrections if needed. They helped recently by providing me the required documents immediately when I had to provide a few documents to solicitors urgently as part of re-mortgage, home-buy, and other stuff.
