I ordered a bra (34.99), tried it on and realized it doesn't hold good for me. Messaged for a refund and they offered a discount for the next item purchased and that's it. And they have a 30 day hassle-free return policy. I dont even mind paying shipping but nope.
Placed my order on February 7 somehow the system duplicated it so I got charged twice. Sent an email requesting cancellation and refund never got a response. I finally got my credit card company to dispute one of the charges as of today I still have not received either orders even though the website says ships within 1 to 2 business days and nor has my credit card company heard back from them on the dispute. I’m about to dispute the other charge with my credit card company stating I haven’t received my product don’t order from this company. It’s a scam.
0 stars. Waited and waited, sent an email asking when my purchase was going to be sent. No response. Cancelled the order via email. No response until this week, where conveniently, the package had been dispatched. They told me to be patient, and when I insisted on a refund they declined. I wish I'd read reviews first.
Terrible quality and the sizing is way off. I ordered 3 of the same size and received 3 different sizes. One of them had a small brown stain. These don’t look like they’ll hold up for long and it took nearly 2 months to receive them. A total scam and waste of time and money.
Buyer beware, it’s a China based company. Trying to return the bra is virtually impossible!!! I emailed them 3 times before I got a response and, of course, they just want to give you 10% back or pay to have it mailed back to China. I hate these kinds of companies!!!!! Such a rip off!!!
I wish I had done a little more digging before I ordered. It took over a month for me to receive my order. Website leads you to believe its USA based but it's actually based in China. they ship it to a US address and then put a new label on it to make it look like it was shipped within the US. The material is paper thin and offers no support whatsoever. Extremely poor quality for the amount paid, even if discounted. Customer Service has been terrible to work with, extreme delays in responding to my requests with multiple offers of a new discount code but no offer of assisting with an actual return.
When i haven't heard for a month I reached out and they said it was delivered in Texas. I don't live in Texas. Ever since then they said they can't refund because it has already shipped. Then another time they said they're looking more into it and haven't heard. I have emailed them on multiple occasions and still haven't heard anything. SCAM!!
I ordered a bra and a body shaper. When I received the products they were both of poor quality material. I don’t foresee the bra holding up at all. And the body shaper did not smooth my abdomen as described. I don’t know how it could. The material was so thin and there was no abdominal support.
I have reached out to customer service twice to request a return; with no reply. Of course there is no phone number; it is email only. I would avoid this company.
I wish I could give them zero stars! But I am seeing that this is a common issue with this company! I placed an order on 1/29 and it’s 2/17 and crickets. I’ve emailed them and got 1 generic response. But have since stopped responding! THEY ARE 100% a scam! I will be tagging them on social media to make sure no one else gets scammed and I will also be filing something with the BBB! This can’t be allowed to happen!! Call me a “Karen” IDC I work hard for my money and I’ll be dammed if someone is going to scam me out of my money without doing something about it!
Ordered the bathing suit with skirt Jan 31st. Payment taken right away. It's over 2 weeks now and still has not shipped. I emailed 3 times and only got a generic email saying they are behind. And I only received that email after threatening to dispute with my credit card. Definitely not good business practices.
