I ordered a few different things and… I have been waiting for a response since December

I ordered a few different things and had to return 5 of the items as they were crop tops and they didn’t suit me I had to send one item back to pink vanilla.It was £15 I am still waiting to get my money.The rest of the items I returned I was refunded sales price I also paid for two dresses which I ordered in size 14 and size 16 as I was unsure what size I would need I returned them both and I am still waiting for the money for those as well I have sent emails and proof of the returns and they have totally ignored me I have emailed them and added my mobile number and email address several times They have no contact number which is a problem I don’t know what else to do

Never trust Boohoo disgusting customer service

My daughter ordered 6 items of clothing. When she received the delivery it only contained 1 sweatshirt. She contacted customer service who stated they had checked CCTV and all 6 items were put in the same package. This is impossible as there is no way 6 items including 2 pairs of shoes would of fitted in the package. My daughter sent the measurements of the packaging and ring door bell footage of the parcel which both clearly evidenced that the 6 items were not received Boohoo are adamant that the CCTV is correct I dispute this as something happened to my daughters package before it was delivered. My daughter has lost money due to Boohoo’s poor customer service The next step is to seek help from citizens advice and the ombudsman hopefully the issue will be resolved I would advise anyone to stay clear of this company

Web site wouldn’t accept payment…blessing in disguise

Tried to buy an item on their website but couldn’t make payment. Reading the reviews I’m so glad I didn’t. Seems like a shockingly bad company. Suggest avoiding at all cost then.

Would give it zero if I could sent 3…

Would give it zero if I could sent 3 parcels back tracked and recieved screen shot proof of postage proof that they recieved it...so I got an email on the 8th saying getting refund on parcel 1 but couldn't find parcel 2+3... I have gone a long way round now as they don't reply to emails but they do on messenger they have found parcel 2+3 and are refunding me ....however they still not refunded me the 1st amount from parcel 1 from the 8th......all 3 parcels were recieved on the 3rd of October...how hard is it lost the will to live

Will never order from Boo-boo again

Will never order from Boo-boo again. Customer service is appalling, no phone number to contact then. Returned items in the 8th June and still waiting refund, been chasing it for a week and keep being told refund as failed and the issue has been passed to relevant team. No manager will contact me. Stay clear from purchasing from them.

No parcels arrive on time!

My past few deliveries have not arrived on time. I have paid for premium delivery for the whole year, and wait at least 7/10 days for my parcels to be delivered. Every time I speak direct with Boohoo, I get advised to “allow 48 hours”. It seems like they have stopped using Hermes and now only Royal Mail which is where the problem lies, yet will not do anything to resolve this. I would be better off paying standard delivery on orders.

Absolutely shocking!

Absolutely shocking!! Put an order throw and then got 2 emails with 2 order numbers, gone out twice, one with a higher delivery fee(??) emailed customer service instantly who advised can’t stop orders, just have to return it, to which I replied I hope I get the delivery charge back as well. To which they said nope, delivery is void when items are actually sent. Which I understand but your system made an error! Will not be buying from here again, absolutely sh I T service, sh I T sizing, sh I T quality, better off buying from SHEIN!
