Review Time
My experience mirrors that of many others. I made a single purchase for $39.99 and received a small one-use bottle. Then, I was unexpectedly charged the following month for a "subscription" that I never agreed to. I am currently disputing these charges with my bank and have successfully blocked any future payments.
I strongly advise against purchasing. The bottles are extremely tiny. After looking at the actual reviews, it seems this is a common issue. Additionally, the customer service is quite poor. Paying over £20 for a miniature bottle that contains less than one dose is unacceptable.
This company operates as a scam. They sent me a minuscule container of what was supposed to be the advertised product, but it was entirely different. My emails of complaint went unanswered, and there was no phone number to contact. To make matters worse, they charged my account again without my consent. My bank is now addressing this fraudulent activity, and I have also alerted a social media platform to take action.
I would give this company zero stars. I ordered and received the $100.00 seat cover (in a timely fashion). My dog used it once. The second time i was going to use it, she jumped in the back seat to get in the car and as she was walking to the other side of the car, the middle support piece broke right in half. Cannot reach the company to ask about a return. When a hit their link for 'returns', i get "page not found." I wish I would have seen all these negative reviews before i ordered it. Buyer beware!!!!
Purchased a backseat dog cover and on the second use it tore apart at one of the seams badly. It was over 30 days since its purchase although it was only used twice so no refund or customer support available. Goodbye hard earned money!!
Absolutely do NOT buy from Shaped Paws!!!!! There is NO customer service and NO WAY to return your order. I'm living proof that every bad review is true. I've tried at least 6 times to contact them but all I get is NOTHING. Sadly the product seems pretty good but you can't return it. Also it comes from China (of course) so it literally took an entire month to get. If you're lucky enough to read this review Absolutely don't buy it from Shaped Paws!!!
This place is a scam. I ordered a hard bottom seat cover for $103.94 and all I received in the mail was the free doggy seatbelt. Because I received the doggy seatbelt in a separate box the US Postal Service said the entire order was delivered so Shaped Paws refused to believe me, give me a refund, or send me a hard bottom seat cover saying that it was already delivered. I told them that it was not delivered and all I received was the free doggy seatbelt. They did not care. So I contested the charge on the card. My credit card sided with them and I still have to pay for a product that I never received. Shaped paw just took $103.94 of my money and never gave me anything
If I could give zero stars, I would. It's been over 2 months since I ordered a seat cover, and I have no idea where it is or when it's coming. Or even IF it's coming. I saw several posts on their FB page of others who also had no item sent to them, and the company refused to give a refund. I asked for a refund, and they refused. They also cannot say where my item is or when I'll get it. The last few emails I sent have been ignored. Clearly, this is a fake company that is taking people's money.
