I encountered an issue with my order concerning the delivery address. I attempted to modify it before shipping, but it was dispatched before we could make the change. My experience with the representative was outstanding. She arranged a replacement order. I have no complaints about the customer service! Exceptional support and the fragrances are unique and long-lasting. I will certainly buy again.

The combination of gooseberries and lilacs offers a refreshing, juicy essence of nature. The exotic nashwa is a creamy mix that makes me feel incredibly confident!
I have purchased several items from the company, most recently the Blood Orange perfume. If you haven't experienced these products yet, I would describe them as unique and long-lasting. The Blood Orange, for instance, has a scent of oranges, which is expected, but it also carries a richer fragrance that can be worn alone or layered, as I prefer. The Black Tulip is another favorite of mine, and I frequently receive compliments when I wear it. It's ideal for a night out or a romantic evening.
The fragrances from this brand are amazing, and my wife truly enjoys them. She hasn't encountered a scent she doesn't like, which is why I've signed up for a subscription service. This will be a wonderful Christmas surprise for her, receiving a new fragrance each month in 2026.

Beautiful unique fresh wonderful products I order a self made bundle and I could not be happier with the contents. I got to choose from two 30 ml fragrances which went for apple blossom and English red cherry. Both are gorgeous and I can layer them to give a very individual and addictive fragrance. However I also got too choose two body products too and I went for the hand body washes which are so light and cleansing and smell wonderful that the layering really starts there but if this wasn’t enough I also got too choose choose a body butter which is just like whipped cream blackberry woods and it’s insane. It’s my gone top of any body butter which I tried before, it’s not thick and it absorbed quickly. But still more to come I also got a free gif of 10 ml black tulip which I just spritzed last night and I love it. But not only did I get beautiful box of complete gorgeousness I also receive excellent customer service. There was a small issue with my order being despatched too soon. I ordered Friday and it arrived Saturday)normally this would make me really happy) but I was away for a festive weekend and to compound the issue Royal Mail didn’t act on my instructions to delay. However Sophie was brilliant she sent me an email on Saturday apologising and actually replying to all my my questions in a personal and genuine way that it put my mind at rest that if my order wasn’t there when I got home that we could sort something out and make it right. Fortunately it was there and as you can see from my above comments it made my Sunday. I can’t wait to try my next scent I’ve joined up to scent club and it’s due next week., love working with emerging brands this is one too keep an eye on and use before all your friends find out.
