Ordered 3 items, received comms it has been delivered, it hasn’t. Every customer service search on the website leads to nothing and no customer service email available. So I’ve paid for items I haven’t received and have no idea if I’m going to. Pretty poor service. Would not recommend.
I love the variety of goods available, and some you never know you need until you come across them on the site. The quality if everything is first class. My deliveries are very quick but you are notified every step of the way what is happening with your order. I am also very impressed with the returns policy and how smooth it is to return something. I am so pleased that I found this site, although my husband not so much. I am addicted to buying on there and purchase all my presents and, with being disabled, having them delivered is a bonus. I think Shein are great and would recommend them 100%.
Soo, I placed an order on SHEIN more than a month ago and the order was “delivered” about 3 weeks ago. I left instructions with Evri for each parcel “that were shipped in parts” not to leave them anywhere but to deliver to myself only, as there are no safe places. Instructions ignored and they were left outside my property. Both times I was home for delivery but no knock or anything from the courier. The delivery times were for 7pm-9pm but was marked as delivered at 4am the next day 😑, I was asleep in bed! Why is Evri even delivering at that time??! So going back and forth with SHEIN all till now to get my money back, they have refused a refund 4 times now even though I have provided all email receipts from Evri stating themselves were in the wrong for not following my delivery instructions and to contact SHEIN for a refund! They have said because my order was delivered they can’t refund me. They are thieves, bloody scumbags and I want my money back!
