I'm not happy

I'm not happy. I ordered a suit in the penultimate order and it didn't arrive. Then in the last order I didn't receive the full product for what I had paid for, but I received less than half.

Bought a lot with shein never had a problem with the clothes always good quality but,I know it’s not SHEIN exactly but parcel went missing and took a month for them to sort it out which was very frustrating, kept asking me to speak to Evri etc which is not down for me to do did finally get my money back when I threatened consumer law etc had made me think though and automated customer service not good phone number does not work
