Easy to order, simple format; Mostly well photographed; some descriptions are a bit confusing - translation hasn't worked well on some things; Area for improvement is when you click on recent orders and shows you what you have ordered, you are unable to click on that to check what size you ordered, etc. This would be helpful rather than searching for the item again - as may only be similar to what you ordered and wont show you size details etc of what you ordered
I returned 2 parcels together within the time they allow. They only refunded 1 of the parcels saying they don’t have the 2nd parcel, although they were returned together. Trying to contact their customer service is a joke because u cant speak to anyone and just get unhelpful responses from chat. I’m currently disputing the lack of refund with my credit card company. Shein is a cheap dodgy company with zero help when things go wrong. Don’t shop with them
Purchased chairs which were Stained and marks trying to return the boxes are massive and heavy they asked me to use an evri box they are too big need collecting they want me to pay for the delivery back to them when the items are damaged and used
