Now refusing to refund me because I have opened a dispute with PayPal. I only opened the dispute because they wouldn’t refund me! They are so dishonest, they will try every excuse to not give you your money back.
They obviously don’t really read the reviews as they just comment with the same reply. If you read this review until the end, I have contacted you but your answer was that you won’t refund as I have opened a PayPal dispute. If you just refund then I can close the dispute!

I have proof that they were accepted at the warehouse.
I have proof that the items were checked by the warehouse.
I have proof that the refund request was accepted.
All of this evidence but they still won’t refund.
If ordering from Shein, please take in to account that if you want to return items then you are unlikely to get a refund and if you do it appears they don’t always refund the correct amount (please see all the other 1 * reviews as proof).
I was a dedicated customer for many years, but after my recent experience, I will never shop with them again and strongly advise others to reconsider before making a purchase. What Happened: In my latest order, I returned two items that didn’t fit. When I received my refund, I was shocked to find I was refunded **£18.11 LESS** than my original payment. The explanation provided was, "The remaining order value no longer meets the minimum threshold required for the coupon." The Problem: This is entirely unfair and misleading. When you buy items, you expect the amount you paid to be the same as what you get back upon returning them. This has always been standard in online shopping, allowing buyers to try on clothes and return what doesn’t fit. With the current policy, you lose money every time you return an item. Coupons are applied automatically at checkout, and then they recalculate and deduct money when items are returned. This means each time you want to try something on, you risk losing money. Customer Service: When I reached out regarding this £18.11 discrepancy, they provided no assistance in recovering my funds. I was left with just an apology and no resolution - simply out of pocket for trying to shop with them. My Advice: Only purchase from them if you are completely certain you won’t need to return anything. Otherwise, you will incur losses. The service has significantly declined, and this questionable refund policy is unacceptable. I will no longer use their service and cannot recommend them to anyone. There are numerous other online retailers that treat their customers fairly - consider shopping with them instead.
I've been waiting for my refund for 8 days now. They are now denying my refund request because I opened a dispute with the payment platform. I only had to do that because they wouldn’t issue my refund! Their dishonesty is evident, as they will come up with any excuse to withhold your money.

I've had issues with damaged deliveries from those high-end stores, which makes me value this option even more. I wish they would reduce their fast fashion and ensure fair wages for the staff. Discounts seem rare unless you're buying furniture or spending a significant amount. For a simple dress, it often ends up being cheaper to shop elsewhere, even with shipping costs.
I've never had to work so hard to obtain a refund. The service I used for delivery made a mistake and sent my item to the wrong address. I've been in constant communication with both the company and the delivery service, but neither seems willing to take responsibility. The company is waiting for the delivery service to acknowledge the error, while the delivery service is vague in their responses, claiming they didn't follow their delivery protocol. I just want my refund. I've provided both parties with proof that the item wasn't delivered to my address, yet I'm still not getting my money back. This situation has become completely absurd. Please refund my money!
I spent over £100, and both parcels delivered by the service are MISSING. The delivery photos show them in an unrelated office and then in a car garage?? I am extremely upset after waiting weeks for my order. I demand that it be resent to me.

It's all conveniently located in one place, and I can shop from the comfort of my home—no more long lines, uninterested retail staff, or unhelpful managers, not to mention avoiding parking fees and confusing return policies.
After receiving a reply from the service, I feel compelled to share that I have been in contact with customer support for a month, making their inadequate response even more frustrating. I have used this platform and another online site for many years without complaints, despite occasional issues with product quality. However, I placed an order that was delayed (with delivery by another service) and arrived while I was away. Upon my return, there was no package on my doorstep. I informed the service a month ago, and their response has been disappointing. They initially claimed I signed for the package when it was clearly left outside. Then they requested CCTV footage, which is impossible for me to obtain. I’ve been communicating with the delivery service, which does not answer calls. The platform is now insisting that I prove the delivery was made to the wrong address, despite me stating it was left on my doorstep. The parcel was valued at nearly £70, and their attitude suggests they believe I can afford to lose that money. I feel utterly deflated by their lack of empathy towards my situation.

I'm extremely disappointed and feel that the company's service has significantly declined. I anticipate a response suggesting I contact customer service again, but I've already done that multiple times and won't waste any more time. What is happening to this service? It's become a mess.
