Provided photograph evidence that my parcel were not delivered to my address or any neighbours. Refused to refund claimed parcel was signed for. Very clear parcel had been dumped in someone’s porch. I have been through online chat with Shein and Evri and on the phone with Evri. Shein claim it was signed for yet the photo of the package at an unknown address is clearly dumped in a porch with no one present
My items were not delivered. I had a message that delivery man came but there was nobody in the house but meanwhile I was in the house and didn’t go anywhere. I sent several messages to know where my order is but up till, I don’t know where they’re are.
