Disappointing experience with multiple devices

Three years ago, I installed 63 smart home devices in a new house, including various models. Initially, I was quite impressed, but over time, many began to fail. Now, nearly half of them have stopped working. I have decided to switch to another brand and will not consider this brand again.

Very unreliable performance.

Great technology but unclear pricing

The technology is impressive, but the website seems to display prices excluding VAT, which is hidden in the terms and conditions. I've incurred extra charges from the courier, and I wouldn't have placed the order if I had been aware.

When you need proper support, it's disappointing. They just refer to their incomplete documentation and keep asking the same questions repeatedly, even after you've already answered them.
