I was on the fence with getting either the Centauri Carbon 2 or the Bambu A1. I’m so glad I went with the Carbon 2. It has more features, like an enclosed unit and the coreXY, was about the same price, and has been pumping prints out since I got it with no problems. It’s a dream. Since getting it I’ve also bought different sized nozzles, which have been easy to install. My first 3d printer was the Saturn 3, and since then I keep coming back to Elegoo products. They’ve been nothing but honest and helpful with me. I’m glad to be making my first strike out into FDM printing with them. This printer awesome.
Placing an order for the Carbon printer was a breeze on the website. I paid $295, which included tax and shipping. The 3D printer arrived in just 3 days, in flawless condition. It’s quite heavy, so I required assistance to set it up. It took about 20 minutes to unpack and assemble everything, including loading the trial filament. Once powered on, it underwent a 30-minute self-calibration. After that, I connected to the WiFi, entered the password, and installed the slicing software from the provided USB stick on my PC. That was all it took. I sliced an STL model and began printing directly from my PC. Overall, the entire process took maybe an hour, even without prior experience.
I bought a carbon printer and it arrived on time as promised. The machine has met my expectations, although I did need to replace the hot end of the extruder within a month. It was an easy and affordable fix. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the experience so far.

The machines perform exceptionally well, and the pricing is competitive. The print quality is impressive, whether using the carbon or the ultra model. The filament quality has also been reliable. Navigating the website has been straightforward. I have consistently had positive experiences with the service.
The prices are excellent and the shipping is speedy. However, the tracking system is quite off, and the delivery service left the printer in the front yard for several hours before anyone noticed. There was no signature needed, no doorbell ring, and no notification at all. Additionally, the order was divided into four separate parts, each arriving on different days and times.
I initially bought from an online marketplace and only later learned I could order directly. Looking for a larger printer, I purchased a Neptune 4 Plus directly from the company, and the entire process was enjoyable. Shipping was prompt, and I encountered no issues.
