Being in the coaching accreditation program has been one of the best trainings I’ve ever done, the community support is second to none and although Stephanie is such an authority she is relatable which feels so much less intimidating I believe this is why her teaching hits so well.
First of all, the amount of wealth, insight and commitment She's in business offers is incredible, they go beyond what they offer and truly stand on business. I have learned so much and received so much worthy information and valuable paid business services and consultation with less than two months of joining their community and team. Stephanie Wilson stretches her energy and passion to over 800 women and does it so effortlessly. Alison Plaster has beautiful emotional intelligence and is so easily reachable and attentive to everyones needs and requests. Such a wizard of ozz kinda girl! She's in Business is a powerhouse for building legacy and leadership in women's coaching business and brand.They offer diamond services and I would recommend this business to any woman seeking guidance and support to transformational professional coaching for their business. Thank you you have changed my life and business experiences.
What made my experience great are the following: The teamwork that we had in the group, learning from each other by asking questions and Stephanie and her team there every step of the way. The information was current and up to date, the information provided gave you tools that you can use in your coaching sessions right away. One of the best programs I have ever taken.
The 3-Day Business Coaching Challenge is a valuable program that all coaches should attend. Stephanie has helped thousands of women coaches and is a true authority and expert in the field. She has a unique talent for simplifying complex concepts and making them easy to understand and actionable. I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to participate in this challenge and be part of this amazing community.
SIB Enterprise or Elite, doesn't matter which one you choose you will not be let down. These ladies change lives in the quickest time possible if you implement what they say in a coachable way. You will thrive and make such a difference in this crazy dark world; you will love the light from SIB! You can not fail if you follow the roadmap. And who else do you know that gives the opportunity to get accredited in so many of the certificiates through the CDP and many for free.
I am working through the she’s in biz class and it has been so informative and wonderful. I cant wait to keep digging into the material! Kudos to the team for all they do!Update: I was awarded a reduced cost scholarship to their main program. Once I was in the program (watching the description not any content yet) I realized that someone else could benefit more from the scholarship than I. There was a lot of information /things I was already doing or had done. It appeared that the last 2 units would be the only ones of benefit for me. I requested that they give the scholarship to someone else, and requested a refund, and if they couldn't refund the first month, that was fine, just to stop payment for the monthly membership. I was told they never had a request for a refund, and that since they only work with 6 figure earners they suppose this is what could happen when offering a discount. The course it self from the look of the review I watched would be incredibly helpful for someone, just not me. When that realization hit me I wanted them to make the offer to someone else who could truly use it. Instead I was berated for not being a 6 figure coaching earner (btw I am a Vice President and six figure earner of a medical company) and coaching is my side gig. Then I was kicked out of their lower level class that I was enrolled in and almost completed just needed to submit my video for certification. So though I really thought the programs were beneficial and that Stephanie has some serious value to add to women's business, the professionalism isn't there for me. That is why I changed to a 3 star review.
Three Day Coaching Mastery Challenge It was an amazing opportunity from Stephanie Wilson and her team to help me build my framework in 3 days! I felt empowered and confident to work through the process and make an impact to graduates with my own signature program after putting into action everything I learnt from Stephanie in few days. She made it very clear, simple and easy to understand. So much value and giving us how to make it happen. I have joined her free accreditation program too! This will help me get the certification needed to be a coach in my field. I highly recommend working with Stephanie as she makes it so easy for us to take action ! Excellent work and very grateful to her team Alison and many others to help us answer questions and keep the momentum going! The community is incredible too and I enjoy being part of this amazing community!
The last 3 day challenge was so inspiring and valuable. Stephanie explains the steps so simply and passes on so much valuable knowledge. She is such an asset to the coaching world. She is not interested in you being just any coach. She encourages you to create from your potential and that you are the best at what you do.
Stephanie and her wing women Alison are amazing, together they make an amazing team. She's in business offers a tremendous amount of support, knowledge and coaching skills which are next to none. I am in total awe of how these two women juggle their skills with family life and other commitments. There is so much to take in. At 54 I struggle to digest it all, but I am determined to keep going and complete the accreditation as my promise to them both for all the time and effort that they have given over 800 women. This is an excellent training program for anyone who is interested in being a life Coach. The founder of the program, Stephanie Wilson, is inspirational and a leader in the life coaching industry.
