Review Time
This is my "after" review...This program is great for any business woman whether she is a start up, running her business with client or interested in scaling. All the components to do this work are in place, the teaching is expertly executed and the flow of work is at an easy pace. I took course before as a new start up and this time around I am equipped to take things to the next level. I excited to see how this course and this organization can help me scale in the near future. Dr. Stephanie really cares about the participants and the organizational upgrades are rolling out in a sustainable way. Get in here, I've not seen anything like this. The vault is gold.

I participated in the Level 1 online Accredited Intensive Coaching course with Dr. Stephanie Anne Wilson; who provided an excellent variety of knowledge and resources, we could all benefit from the live sessions, review/implement them during and after the sessions. Here is a woman who truly believes in her mission to support and elevate women! I'm delighted to pass with a distinction. She is so good at laying all the information out, with actionable steps, truly a neurodiverse angel. So for all of you who don't believe in yourselves, take her belief in you and succeed.
The coaching program offered by She's In Business was not only extremely informative but the way the program is taught makes it so interesting...start to finish. I gained so much valuable insight to help me become the best coach I can be. Dr Stephanie Wilson is so authentic and truly cares about the people she teaches and it shows with this program.
The fact that I had the opportunity to not only improve my coaching skills, but to do so completely free of cost and receive international accreditation was mind-blowing! I also loved how Dr. Wilson opened the session through a powerful grounding, heart-centered exercise, which really allowed me to connect to my emotions and deeper why for continuing my work as a new coach (which has been far from easy, which I didn't anticipate). Her personal story also moved me and made me believe that if she could achieve the massive success she has in coaching, then I too have the ability to achieve that level of success or even more, even with my deep desire of being a great wife and mother in the future (something I was grappling with because I felt those two desires conflicted and it had to be either/or). I further learned a new model called GROW that I could apply to my coaching sessions. I loved the practical exercises incorporated so that everything didn't remain as just "theories." The practical exercises helped to solidify learning the most for me. I also loved that even though I didn't purchase the VIP option, I still was able to purchase the coaching manual at a super low rate, and I knew it would be a worthwhile investment due to being shown exactly what was in the manual before purchasing. I would highly recommend ANYONE to take this training, especially if they are a new coach and has found that building a coaching business from scratch with little to no support is super difficult.

I took the intensive coaching program and it was very well-done. I enjoyed the time and what I learned. Dr. Wilson is excellent at walking you through the steps and showing exactly what to do. Through the questions and exercises, I gained new insights and ways that I can improve my coaching.
