I am leaving the original text below for others who might encounter it - if you subscribe via a bank or company formation service, when they cancel, it can create confusion. The initial response wasn't satisfactory, but after some escalations, the company has completely addressed this and restored the service.*** If you pay for an annual subscription and submit a cancellation midway, they cancel immediately, not at the next renewal date. This is not standard practice and feels unethical, effectively cheating customers out of their money and forcing them to reopen under a new subscription for final mail. While I do not expect a refund, I do expect the service I paid for to continue. They also deflect responsibility onto service providers if you approach them through another service. While they control their response to cancellations, they will try to shift the blame. Again, this is deeply unethical.
