Amazing fast service! Was expecting for my equipment to take a week to go from Florida to BC Canada as per their site. OMG it was delivered 2 days later! Return delivery took only 4 days too. So much easier to travel without it and have the concern that the airlines wouldn't get them on the plane which has happened previously.
I absolutely love the ShipPlay service! Traveling with a toddler means bringing a lot of extra gear, and this service made it so much easier. I was able to ship items directly to my hotel ahead of time, and the online setup was quick and simple.Pickup was just as easy—I followed the instructions and left the items outside my door. The only hiccup was scheduling a pickup from Port Canaveral, which required a phone call and came with an additional fee. However, the team provided clear email instructions, and the handler even texted me the day before with details.After disembarking, the handler was waiting with a clearly marked sign, took my bag, and it was on its way home. It arrived in great condition.I’ll definitely be using ShipPlay again—such a convenient and reliable service for families on the go!
