The facility was very clean and quiet. The map that was contained on the checkin was difficult to read, very blurry. We had difficulty figuring out which side of the facility our apartment was on. Also, there needs to be clearer information as to parking availability.

Amazing Experience

The Whimstay team was amazing

The Whimstay team was amazing! We had a last minute issue with maintenance at the cabin we had book. The Whimstay team rushed to get us a comparable cabin that met our needs and they did. By the time we arrived at our cabin everything was set for our amazing stay!

Our stay was wonderful

Our stay was wonderful! Whimstay saved us money on our stay which is always nice especially when it’s last minute. They were also quick to resolve any issues we had and answered any questions we had quickly. I really can’t recommend their customer service enough. I’ll definitely book through them again whenever I’m needing a last minute getaway.
