I sent a package through UPS and no one informed me about the charges for cigars. The package was never delivered to my buddy in the UK and they sent the package back.Today I received a charge of $379.95 for a package that was never delivered. NO ONE at Ship Savings will help me with this. They keep saying they can't, but they are the ones who took the money out. And they know the package was returned to me, a month ago.
