Absolutely ridiculous. Package was damaged and items inside were destroyed. Customer service is a joke. 2 months and still no resolution. They lie as well. No help whatsoever jump thru hoops just for them to send my refund to someone else. Don't waste ur time or money

Terrible experience. They lure you in with a super low rate, then quietly charge your saved credit card without clear authorization or notice. It feels deceptive and unfair. Be very cautious if you save your payment info on their portal. I am asking them removing my bank info and customer service (Liang) rejects to do it!
Started using ShipSaving recently to connect my WIX store. Ran into a bit of issue at the beginning, the store wouldn't sync properly. But their support replied super quick and got it sorted out. After that it's been smooth sailing. The USP discount is crazy low and I love the label-free option since I don't always have a printer at home.
You might notice an unexpected additional fee almost three weeks after purchasing their label â of course, without authorization or any explanation.If you try to dispute the charge, theyâll simply redirect you to the shipping carrier.There is no option to delete your bank card information from their system â not even through backend operations. Their explanation? Either âthe system doesnât support itâ or itâs âfor the sake of customer privacy.â What kind of logic is that? If you contact their claim team, this reseller platform will transfer responsibility to the actually shipping carrier. You will end up wasting more time with somewhere else. Remember all the fees are directly charged from this reseller platform. Claim team will not help you. You can request to cancel your account, but even then, thereâs no guarantee your payment information will be removed.This is a serious violation of user privacy and data control. Be very cautious before using their service.
l will never use shipsaving ever again, compared with Pirateship. Leaving a good and detailed review comparing services and why everyone should stick with Pirateship! Iâve just got charged an extra $125 again. In addition with the $215 and $150 original charge. Thatâs a total of almost $500. For a couple of shipping labels. Never ever again. Iâm going. to be doing a chargeback and disputing these until refunded through the bank. And also blocking the charges. Iâm also leaving a review through the BBB website. Warning of users. Iâve dealt through Pirateship many times their customer service is top notch meanwhile here you will be treated awful and will get charged hundreds of dollars. These charges are inaccurate and meanwhile with Pirateship there is an option to disput them. Here you have no choice! Awful! Speaking of which I had gotten charged inaccurately at Pirateship, this morning they had refunded me $100! As UPS approved of the disputes and made an error.
I go to create an account on my phone. It doesnât recognize my primary email provider as legit. Great, now I have to use my gmail that I donât use anymore. Every time I log in I have to get a code from that email even though I never opted into any 2fa. Woohoo. Then I try to add my card. It asks me to âverifyâ. The button to verify the card is just straight up broken on mobile due to incompetent development, so I refresh the page. Now all the details i entered about the shipping are gone and i have to reenter them. Then I have to log in on my pc since it wonât work, donât forget i need a verification code! If I was using pirate ship i wouldâve had my account created and bought the label in less than 5 minutes. With this, itâs taking forever. The only reason Iâm using this over pirate ship is because they have the scannable QR codes.
This is the second time an Ebayer has sent me something through this service, and it really stinks! The tracking has said it was in Ft Worth as of the 13th ( processing or proscessed). Thats about 20 min from my house. Its the 18th and after hours, still not here đ.I've tried to inform folks, but just not every package gets the same attention; so its hard to prove my complaints. You get what you pay for đ
