Disappointed with the men's bamboo socks

I was very satisfied with the T-shirts I ordered, but I had a major issue with the men's bamboo socks. My husband wore them for just one morning, and a hole developed, exposing his big toe. While they are meant to be breathable, this is unacceptable after only a few hours.

Mistaken address for a Christmas gift, but great support!

I realized I had entered the wrong address for my dad's Christmas gift just a day before the holiday! I contacted the support team and received a prompt response from a representative named Helen. She assured me that my order would be redirected to the correct address as soon as they reopened, which was fantastic. I truly appreciate how quickly Helen responded with an effective solution!

Disappointing service and delivery

Extremely poor customer service; I paid a high price for next day delivery, and four days later, my order is still not dispatched. It seems I am not alone in facing this problem, as I’ve seen similar complaints. I reached out through the website but received no response. I needed the item for a Christmas evening out, and this has turned into a complete waste of time.

First experience with the seller

This was my first purchase from the seller. I came across their advertisement on social media and appreciated their range of t-shirts, so I decided to buy one during the Black Friday sales for a birthday gift. I was pleasantly surprised by how swiftly my order was processed and dispatched within days. Outstanding customer service!

I ordered a custom printed t-shirt and it arrived very quickly. However, there was some fluff caught in the print that left a hole. I reached out to customer service, and the lovely representative responded promptly, apologized, and arranged for a new t-shirt to be printed as soon as possible. Considering how busy this season must be for them, I can't fault their service at all! My new t-shirt just arrived and it’s absolutely perfect! I will definitely use this seller again! P.S. To contact them, just reply to your order confirmation email; it’s not a no-reply email!

Consider rethinking the company name

I ordered a t-shirt and received a confirmation saying it would be delivered between December 3-6. When I checked my order, I saw they hadn't even shipped it yet, and now it's expected between December 6-11. There's absolutely no way to contact the company through their website. It's completely absurd.

Lack of communication during issues

I received an item that had a noticeable stain. I contacted the support team immediately since it was a gift, but it took several days for them to respond. They suggested it might be due to pre-dye and could come out in the first wash, which I find unacceptable. They did offer a replacement or refund, but I've yet to receive a response after my reply. This was meant for my husband's birthday, which has now passed. Had I seen some reviews earlier, I wouldn't have placed the order due to their poor communication.
