I loved the Irish wool sweater my husband got me for Christmas. Unfortunately is had a flaw. We contacted customer service. They promptly send a return label, and they shipped the new sweater as soon as the old one was received. It was so fast! I am so pleased. I rarely get such good customer service! You could feel them smiling through email.
I have purchased several items from the Irish Store and found their sweaters to be the best I have ever owned. Customer service is great too contacted me and notified me of a weather delay in shipping that is rare these days.
My sister asked for something very warm and comfortable to wear as a Christmas gift and the wool dresses were perfect and just her style. The dress arrived on time, fit her perfectly, and she loves it. Now my husband has been looking through the catalogues for sweaters for himself and our son.

The sweater arrived quickly for our daughter's gift. Upon inspection, it was stunning with its cable stitching, and the green color was lovely. She adored it as it was her Christmas present. I wanted her to have a piece of her heritage, which was passed down from my mother.
The sweaters are nice, but not as heavy as I had anticipated. The main reason for the 3-star rating is that I ordered an aqua sweater for myself but received the incorrect color. Returning it for the aqua seems too costly and inconvenient, so I'll keep what was sent, although I was a bit disappointed. Otherwise, the sweaters are quite nice.
One of the customer service representatives provided outstanding assistance. He tracked my return orders without needing the tracking numbers, as I had two separate returns. He also expedited the return of my funds for both items, allowing me to purchase different ones on sale. This store is my go-to during the holiday season. Thank you very much for the help!
