Ordered from their site about a month ago and these have yet to be shipped. Have contacted them on various occasions with no response. The tracking info on their site says the order is still in progress and has not shipped. I am very angry and disappointed. I will be contacting my bank to request a refund and I will be telling everyone to stay clear from this company.
I had previously purchased from Arcticus years ago and genuinely appreciated their mission supporting Arctic wildlife conservation. When I received their message about the final sale and the difficulties they were facing, I felt truly saddened and decided to place another order to support them one last time.Unfortunately, the experience this time was very disappointing.After placing my order, the delivery timeframe passed and the tracking information provided never showed any shipment progress beyond the creation of a shipping label. I tried contacting the company through multiple channels but never received any response.Since there was no communication and no shipment update, I had to open a PayPal dispute to protect myself. The case was immediately closed in my favor and I received a refund.I am relieved that I did not lose my money, but I am honestly disappointed. I genuinely cared about their mission and would have preferred transparency and communication rather than silence.I hope this situation was due to operational difficulties, but clear and responsive customer support is essential — especially during a final sale.

I made my order on Nov 22. The product delivery launched one day after the purchase. Then it is a long wait. The product tracking showed that my product went from Germany to Geneva. Even the last info was showing Location "Unavailable", the date was Dec 9.After that, I saw no more updates. I was very happy and expecting the cute and nice design of the water bottle I ordered. Now I even asked for a refund but the Customer Service didn't reply anything. It is more than 40 days from the date of purchase, which is valid for a refund according to its refund policy.I didn't get anything but paid CAD35. I feel like it's a scam.
I ordered a water bottle as a Christmas gift. It didn’t arrive for a while, but 4 days after Christmas it arrived. I was still able to gift it to the correct person. The tracking worked fine for me, but it didn’t work out for others I see from other reviews. Everything is fine, just it takes the company too long to get it delivered.
