Review Time
I did not realize that purchasing an item automatically signed me up for a subscription. I have not received my item yet, but will discuss with my credit card company if needed. Violet from customer service says she'll cancel my subscription if I write this. I hope this is the case and it should not be this difficult to do so.
I think I misunderstood this whole concept. I ordered several items and expected delivery in two days but it was actually some kind of credit (still don’t quite understand) so I canceled but the response to my inquiry from this company was immediate and courteous.
