The absolute worse. I placed an order. Paid full price.. asked for a refund because their product is horrible. It doesn't fit. And the quality is terrible. I was told I ordered during a promotion or sale but my order receipt shows no discount or promotion. I asked what the original price was and the conversation was completely ignored. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM EVER!!!!!
I bought leggings and they’re completely different from the ones pictured on the site or advertised. They’re cheap and gross. I’m trying to deal with customer service to return and they take days to reply and they haven’t allowed me to return yet! I had to send them pictures of what they were advertising!!! They took forever to ship so there’s only a few days left on their return policy!
Appalling. This feels like a scam. I've noticed a few positive reviews popping up recently, likely because I shared evidence of the many customers they've deceived. They seem to be trying to mitigate the damage, aware that this façade can't last forever! I've reached out to the relevant authorities. AVOID THIS DISHONEST COMPANY.
They barely deserve one star! Avoid at all costs! The leggings are overrated, made from flimsy material, and packaged in cheap bags. Each bag was different, even though I ordered two pairs in the same style but different colors. One bag was small, another large, one opaque, and one didn’t even have a zipper. There was no logo on the items I received, which I've never experienced before! Since it was a sale, they refuse to refund me, despite their satisfaction guarantee. The fine print states that sale items cannot be returned, contradicting their policy. I'm left with poor-quality items and no way to reclaim my money. It's incredibly frustrating! I found better leggings elsewhere for a third of the price, with a return option. Happy new year, I guess.

One was small, another was large, one was opaque, while the other had no zipper… There’s no branding on the items I received (they claimed some products don’t have a logo… I’ve never encountered this before!). It was a sale, so “no refund” policy applies, despite their claim of a full refund if you're not completely satisfied. The fine print overrides their stated policy! They refuse to return my money… TERRIBLE BUSINESS. How can a company not allow returns? Even if I had to cover shipping, I would have… but no chance. I'm stuck with subpar products! And trust me, it’s NOT my body. My body is fine. Their product is terrible. I bought leggings from another retailer for a third of the cost and I’m WAY happier. Plus, I could return them if I wanted! Happy new year, I guess 🤷🏾♀️.
Misleading claims and unhelpful responses when I reached out about receiving the wrong product. They claimed to offer a seamless front, yet mine arrived with seams. Their response was that if I wore them correctly, the seam wouldn't be visible—obviously, that's not true. They sent incorrect sizes and insisted that they always label their leggings one size larger than what was ordered. They refuse to acknowledge their mistake and won’t provide a refund or replacement, despite their guarantees.
Scam 😅 the leggings do not match the advertisement. They do not lift, instead they flatten, and they lack tummy control while constantly slipping down. The fabric is cheap and sizes run very small; I ordered XL for safety, usually M/L, and they fit like a M at best.
Very poor quality leggings. I ordered a size L and they fit like kids' L. They don’t even go up when worn. After contacting them, they claimed the product isn’t defective, so no refund, despite their stated 100% satisfaction guarantee. The amusing part is they suggest I wear them and send a photo to show how to wear them 😅😅😅😅😅.
