Customer service is always good, once products are restocked they tend to sell out quickly so don't hesitate too long! Great little Aussie company providing amazing products for our piggies ❤️
I waited 2 months for the liner to arrive, ordered April and came at the end of May. When I received the liner, it was not true to size and it did not fit my 2x4 cage length. Customer service responded completely disregarding my concern saying it was the way I washed it, but it was too small when i first took it out of the package BEFORE washing.
Great products for our furry friends! Our rabbit has loved every item we've ordered, Nibble guards are amazing for bunnies who chew everything! Toys, cages, corflute, and liners are great quality and will be where we get our bunnies accessories now!
