Products are good quality, customer service is excellent and they have suggested good advice on several occasions. They don't sell food which is bad for piggies like the pet shops do just to make a profit. Guinea Pigs Australia has demonstrated they are focused on healthy happy piggies! They are also one of the few companies with Excel Nature Snacks in Aust, which are my Piggies fav! .
My piggies are finally happy. My boy, Guinea Weasley use to be so frail and skittish. Now he lets me pick him up and even lets me catch him on his free runs. I think this is the perfect website for any piggy or rabbit and i highly recommend a ozzy c and c cage for your guinea pigs. Five stars
I ordered from you guys then you guys didn’t sent me the second story which cost nearly 200 and this was a preorder and waited for a long time for it and it didn’t come for months when it was meant to be shipped months ago finally got here and didn’t have it which made he quite upset it’s even though shipped now I have to wait longer and I really needed this when I weighted months for it. It caused my Guinea pig with cancer not to be able to experience it because she died days before made me very upset
Our items were on preorder and weren’t shipped out until over a month after the website stated they would be, with no communication from the company. Once they were dispatched though, the delivery was speedy and the cage and accessories are well made and even cuter than we’d hoped.
Product is great, but arrival took a couple of weeks even though the items were in stock. My daughter was desperate to receive everything so she could pick up her piggies so it was a long wait! Couldn’t be happier with the product though so would recommend ordering but factoring in a slight delay.
There was a mix up with my order and Nic was very helpful in amending it so that I was sent my correct items. She was also very quick at getting back to my online messages :) Great customer service and always love GPA products for my piggies
Despite item being listed as in stock and delivery dates being given, the cage I ordered took a long time to be shipped and this after twice contacting Guinea Pigs Australia to enquire about the delay. Once item was actually shipped the delivery was very prompt.
