No confirmation email regarding my purchase and product arrived after a number of weeks and an email chasing this matter by myself. No reply to my complaint or any apology but Hashmats did refund my postage for item, therefore did appear to have accepted responsibility for this mistake.
This company is not honest!you had to send 2 emails but they didn't have the kindness to respond and in the end they returned my money for cs in the last email I told them if they can't deliver the order to give me my money back. if you don't have the products in stock or you don't want to sell, don't put the products sold I waited 2 weeks when they wrote delivery in 4 days on their website. lying company!.
The delivery was good but the product itself is not child friendly. The smell and taste is foul and my children struggled to eat them. I bought 6 packets which are no use to me and would like to return them. If the taste and smell could be improved it will be really good.
I made an order 19Th sep.I Request for special Delivery what charged me £11.95 for getting delivery within 2 working days.But i received the delivery after 7 days.In the meantime i sent email but no response.Need to focus on Customer service and make sure deliver on time
