Absolutely superb service

I have used this company on several occasions and they have always been excellent but this last order has been exceptional. Shop4Parts sent my parcel next day with DPD and due to a series of events, DPD 'lost' the parcel and even managed to send me someone else's parcel instead. These were parts I needed to get my car though the MOT as without it I would not be able to get to work. Needless to say Shop4parts came to the rescue and without prompt, they sent me a second set of parts whilst DPD tried to get their act together and locate the original 'lost' parcel. I do not know of any other firm that would go to that level of help and trust, so thank you shop4parts.

Simply great at what they do

I've used S4P a few times now so I thought a positive review was well overdue. These guys have a genuine interest in their business (the staff don't just 'work there') and good customer service seems natural to them. Always have what I've ordered, happy to answer questions and delivery has always been spot on. Prices are good too with a modest discount for Alfa Owners Club members. Thank you and well done!

Struggling with paying for goods via…

Struggling with paying for goods via PAYPAL, this is the only company I have ever had difficulty paying via PAYPAL. After e-mailing them twice and waiting 2 days still not resolving the issue I have reluctantly paid via VISA as PAYPAL will not work on their site.
