I made a mess of my online order. I emailed and phoned the next. As I was talking he opened my email, he had just got into the office. Confirmed my details, understood my problem, checked my order (which I had got wrong). Parcel arrived next day, superbly wrapped, everything in it. This was the most perfect customer service. He was friendly, polite & super helpful. I haven't been asked to write this I just had to. Customer service doesn't really exist any more. Most companies once you have paid aren't interested. This person (apologies for not knowing his name) was excellent who dealt with me. Thank you

I purchased a grease seal for my old Kubota tractor. The price was approximately 35 percent cheaper than USA companies. Shop4trac was prompt in all their communications and provided the correct part. The shipment was delayed, but due to UPS, not them. I complained and the situation was immediately rectified. I couldn't expect better service from a vendor.

I’ve had cause to use Shop4Parts three times in as many weeks. They have delivered an excellent service each time. Next day shipment with delivery one day after that. Their customer service people are helpful, personable and a credit to the company. Excellent all round. Highly recommended.
I needed a parking brake motor cable and found it here.Looked around and found some other servicing parts so ordered those too :)Unfortunately the oil shipped was the wrong grade for my car.Contacted day after delivery and was helped out most courteously and efficiently to get my required oil and return the wrong oil.Many thanks,Shahzad
Tried to purchase a part online but unfortunately it didn’t comply with my equipment. This was not down to shop4spares who provided the part as per the reference. Nevertheless, I cannot fault the company and their superb customer service. On occasions, when dealing with firms online, customer service is not as good as a face to face exchange. This is not the case with shop4spares and their representative (Aileen) who from the start tried to resolve my problem, quickly arranged for the sent part to be returned at their cost and as soon as it arrived refunded my money. Helpful, friendly and efficient I would recommend this company to any potential customer in the knowledge that they will receive exceptional service. Many thanks.
