We used SMC for our wedding bus service and they were great from start to finish. They were very flexible and accommodating when we made a few changes to our original booking, which we really appreciated. On the day, the bus arrived on time and everything ran smoothly — all of our guests made it without any issues. The service was reliable, professional, and took away any stress around transport. We would happily recommend SMC to anyone planning a wedding or event.
SMC Coach Hire was responsive, open and communicative about the details of the trip we had confirmed and the contact details of the driver for the day. They arrived more than an hour in advance of the departure time, allowing for enough time for our students to board and still get to the destination within a reasonable period. I was very pleased that the driver was patient with us as we got all of our students on or off the coach and they, in turn, seemed to welcome our clear communication and assistance in keeping the coach clean for the duration of the event. We had no issues getting back to our starting point and look forward to working with SMC Coach Hire again soon.
Excellent service from a caring Company.. we needed a 16 seater to take us from home to our wedding along with some neighbours who were eager to party.. SMC sent us an Executive Coach which really looked the part, kitted out with very comfortable seats and a friendly driver who looked after us all very well. He arrived slightly early which meant we didn't have to scramble aboard but took our time and made it a very enjoyable part of our special day. We would highly recommend them 👍🏻
