I purchased a hair styling kit for €250.00 on November 26th, 2025. Initially, I reached out about the product color and received excellent customer service. However, when I asked about delivery, I was told it would take 3 to 4 days, but I haven’t had any updates since last week.
I paid €320 for an e-scooter, believing it was a once-in-a-lifetime deal for commuting. I ordered 18 days ago and was informed it would take 2-3 days if in stock locally, or 7-8 days from an international carrier, totaling ten business days. I’m still waiting and have been told repeatedly that dispatch will take another 2-3 days.
