I used their sizing guide which clearly said I needed size 14. I doubted this, and because the description said relaxed fit, I opted for size 12, as well as the 14 because I knew the item would sell out quickly. They were both WAY too big. It really sucks to find that their return policy is for store credit only, especially when their sizing guide is so inconsistent. I'm not sure how anyone is meant to make an educated decision, when their guiding structure is so far out. I addressed both these issues with them, and was basically told bad luck, as the item description says it is a relaxed fit, and their website states they only give store credit for a return. I replied again, pointing out that it is their error, only to be told the same thing as their first reply. I would avoid this company, as their customer service is terrible.

DO NOT BUY. Save your money.

Ordered a bridesmaid dress for a family members wedding, the dress that arrived was completely different to the one advertised on their website. The colour, quality and finish looked cheaply made and tacky compared to the item online. On the website, it was labelled as ‘Amaroso Bridal’ and inside the dress it was labelled ‘Ruby Sees’. I contacted them about this and they repeatedly blamed it on the lighting of my photos, that my points ‘did not constitute a product fault’ and redirected me to the refund page - as I went to try and return the dress, there are no refunds! It’s store credit! The customer service they offer is nothing short of abysmal, they absolutely disregarded any point I made with CLEAR evidence that I provided. The dress they sent me I also found on Shein for $/€/£13. Safe to say, I made a chargeback through the bank.

Scammers nothing like the videos online. The colours are faded looking.

Omg where do I start. The dress 👗 looks nothing like the videos online and I paid well over $110 so dollars and the dress like Temu even worse cheap tacky worse then like washed out worn out faded colouring !! Looks like a 5 dollar budget dress 👗 so bad. Honestly even Temu or Big W or K mart or Cotton on or target is sooooo much better than this scamming like company! Their quality and materials are awwwfull. I prefer billy j or any other company!!! First time I've purchased and last time ever!!!! They won't offer me a refund despite me complaining and even receiving dress this early evening afternoon with tags brand new!! They won't do refunddd+! Runn from these crooks!!

Quality is very disappointing

Quality is very disappointing. Fast delivery at least, but these dresses are overpriced temu quality items.No refund offered - just a store credit, minus postage so you need to spend more to get your money back (which is what I did hoping the first item was just an anomaly - no. Second item is just as poorly put together).I'm now stuck with something I'll never wear - I feel bad giving it to charity even though brand new with tags

Poor exchange service gir on line shop

I recently brought two sale dresses, both size 8, i am always a size 8 with Amaroso, but both these dresses do not fit correctly they are to big and inconsistent sizing, upon asking if i can at the very least return for a credit they just flatly refused. I wonder how many other people have ordered their Xmas outfit and the sizes are out and quality is poor, are now stuck with them and cant afford to re buy . Where is this companies christmas sprit and fairness in on line purchases, happy to take hard earned cash with no accountability, up until now i have loved my outfits, but i will definitely not buy from them again. Poor customer service.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Very slow and unhelpful replies. Eventually offered a store credit a year ago after promptly returning an item of very poor quality. I then spent the next year trying to find something to spend it on with no luck - everything appeared of similar poor quality (for example patterned dresses showed ugly linings in their promotional photos). Several times requested to please just receive money back, met with indifference and complete unwillingness to help. Would never recommend.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. 2 items received and certainly not like they appear online. Sad thing is returning means I’m out of pocket $10 for return shipping and am stuck with a credit note and no dress to wear for my event.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been calling their contact number for one month now and left messages without any reply at all from them. I purchased a dress which ended up not being suitable for me once I tried it on. Their no returns policy is absolytely outrageous and incredibly stupid given they are an online only company. They only offer story credit and I don't wish to buy any of their other products. At the bare minimum would be nice if the called or emailed be back. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK PLEASE!!!
