Review Time
First of all our bus arrived 45 minutes late. Then when they finally arrived they parked in the wrong lane. The seats had stains and crumbs all over them and they closed the bathroom one hour into our drive because it needed to be cleaned. Which is really inconvenient for longer travels. Also the wifi is a huge let down. I could not get on it for the three hour bus ride. The saying “you get what you paid for” really is true!
We were at the station at 8:10 with time to spare to look for our bus at 8:25. After running around the entire time and getting increasingly anxious about missing our bus, we find an email sent at 2AM saying our trip was delayed by 3 hours - roughly as long as the trip itself. After checking the reviews on this site we find it's very likely it just gets cancelled anyway so we were forced to lose the money we spent on the tickets and buy a Flixbus trip. Unacceptable. This quality of "service" effectively amounts to theft and fraud. Do not let the low prices fool you and save yourself the money. I'd add the middle finger emoji if I could to this review haha.

I booked a ticket with Itabus from Italy to Grenoble, France. Because it was an international journey, part of the booking was handled by BlaBlaBus. I wanted to cancel my ticket and rebook it for a different date, which should have been my right. However, the customer service experience with Itabus was extremely disappointing. Their representatives were unhelpful and repeatedly told me to contact BlaBlaBus, while BlaBlaBus redirected me back to Itabus.During one of my calls with Itabus customer service, the agent abruptly hung up on me instead of providing assistance. This lack of professionalism, organization, and responsibility between the two companies resulted in me losing both my ticket and my money. The entire experience was frustrating and unacceptable.
ITABUS is the worst bus company I have ever encountered in my life.They kept us waiting for 1.5 hours without giving any information whatsoever. In the end, we had to ask the drivers of other ITABUS buses arriving at the station to call our driver, and that’s when we were told that our bus wouldn’t arrive for another 3 hours.Do NOT, under any circumstances, choose ITABUS.Their service is completely unacceptable, irresponsible, and disrespectful to passengers.
Rome is a city with full of pick pocketers. Irresponsible Law & order situation. Lost few valuable things on board Itabus from Zurich to Rome. Paid for Checked in Baggage.On arrival in Rome the bag is not seen in the baggage storage area of the bus. When asked no responsible answers from the crew. Suggest avoiding Rome on any European Tour. Everyone has lost something or other in this historical city. Feeling upset 😭. India is much better. Avoid Itabus. Very bad service
