THey banned my shop because of their error in their system about words to be banned. CS just said sweet words but nothing happened. THe host server was at Shanghai at that time (they have ultimate right to make desicion), the other servers and offices and staffs pershaps were just tails with no permission to do anything more.BTW, there have been being a lot of fraudulent and fake products on their platforms throughout countries. Governments should ban these CHinese platforms out of service. (SHopee are not Singapore company)
